A handrail is the one piece of metalwork people touch every day, so it has to be both safe and beautiful. At Byrne Welding & Fabrication we design and build custom railings in wrought iron, ornamental iron, mild steel and stainless, right here in Northern Michigan.

How We Work
Measure & Design
We take precise on-site measurements and model the rail so you can see the finished look before we build it.
Fabricate
Each rail is welded by hand from quality stock, sturdy joints, clean welds, and spacing that meets code.
Finish & Install
Powder coating or a custom finish protects the steel, then we install it square, solid and ready for decades of use.
